    Hello –

    Our plugin is not deactivated, but your dashboard says that it is:

    Deactivated
    Please make sure TrackShip for WooCommerce Plugin is active with latest version on your WooCommerce store.

    We tried disabling the “All In One WP Security” plugin but that doesn’t fix the issue.

    We tried deleting your plugin and reinstalling but that doesn’t fix the issue.

    Also, we see two typos on your website:

    “Click here to Active” should say “Click here to Activate”
    “Read more about connection toublshoting” should say “Read more about connection toublshooting”

    Hi, @joyryde thanks for the finding typos.

    Can you make sure that are you using the latest version for TrackShip for WooCommerce?

    It is by default, because it comes from WordPress.

    We tried everything 4 times and just before giving up, we saw a notice that told us that we had to add a second plugin called “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce by Zorem” and once we added that and activated it, your plugin started working. Doesn’t work without that other plugin however.

    Hi, yes you need a shipment tracking plugin in order to add the shipping information to your orders and fulfill them, TrackShip starts to work after you fulfilled the order.
