Good day, found a problem, that customers (or just any registered person) cannot check their orders in profile. When in Profile clicking on “Orders” button, web is redirecting to correct page, but no information about purchases appear.

Hi @twinkling,

In most cases, when orders are not showing on a customer’s My Account → Orders page, it’s likely that there’s a conflict between WooCommerce and another plugin or a theme.

Thus, I would recommend that you start off with a conflict test to see if it’s a plugin/theme conflict. Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
