after done all the setting , the shipping fee feature does not work.

the shipping fee doesnt add up automatically during the check out

Hello,
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hey @billchai8888,
Thanks for sending over your System Status.
This is a bit unusual. I’ve checked on my test site and I can see WooCommerce will give me an option to calculate shipping options after entering the shipping address.

Since you have overrides from your theme for the default templates, can you try to find out if it’s working when you switch to the default Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce?

As usual, before going through any changes on the site please save a full backup.

Kindly do not share your login credentials. As per the forums guidelines, this is prohibited.

At times, the cause is not so obvious. You’ll want to do a full conflict test just to be thorough.
* You can also do the test on a staging site. If you don’t have one already, you can spin one up using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.
