Free shipping options not working correctly

I am trying to allow for free shipping if someone has a coupon code or if they spend over $1600. I have selected free shipping for “a minimum order amount or a coupon” in the shipping settings but it does not work. If I select the individual options, “a valid free shipping coupon” or “a minimum order amount”, it works but the combined option “a minimum order amount or a coupon” does not work. Any ideas on what causes this or how to fix it?

I tried checking out items worth over $1600 but the Free Shipping option was not offered. I then tried applying the coupon code, but still, it did not remove shipping costs.

As there are a number of customizations on your site, I would suggest doing a full conflict test to see if one of the tools you’re using is causing the issue.
