Currently, we don’t have a way to create RTL email notifications. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
It may be possible to use custom code, however, customizations like this are outside the scope of support our team is able to offer. In case you’d like to look into custom development options, we highly recommend using Codeable.

Great idea!
It may be possible to use custom HTML and inline CSS styling in the form notification email to create RTL emails, however, this would take extensive customization to ensure the code is correct.
