Hi @codenest

I’d like to make sure I understand what’s been happening here, you mention the customer added a new card and then received a Lost Card Error, is this the cvrd that was then removed unexpectedly after another attempt?
If that is the case I suspect we’ll need to look into this a little further and would suggest opening up a ticket with us here:

Thanks!
The first card was removed manually by the user.
The second card was removed by Woo, after getting a lost card error.

Hi there,
Thanks for the added info. To answer your initial query:
Is it normal that after this kind of error the plugin removes the potentially stolen CC credenetials?
To my knowledge no. It really depends on how the data was removed / edited. Changing / removing the card should have also updated the order and WooCommerce Subscriptions (This is a WooCommerce Subscriptions, correct?) if the correct actions were used via the my account page. If at one point the data was manually removed or edited than it would explain why there are data remnants of an old ID somewhere.
In that case you would have to look manually for them and update the data manually in the respective places.
Kind regards,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – I trust that what Con said points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.
