Custom purge is not working

    Hello,

    Since last week, custom purge is not working for my site. After I update a post, it doesn’t clear the specific post’s cache automatically. Even when I try to clear the cache from the top-bar’s “purge this page” option, it doesn’t get cleared. I’ve also tried to clear cache using Post ID and URL from Toolbox > Purge By option. It’s not working either. So I had to clear all cache from the Toolbox page using the “Empty Entire Cache” option. But that clears all cache of the site. Could you please help me make the custom purge options work? Thanks.

    please follow this guide to get the page tag and purge tag first.
