Local url for installation?

Hi, I have a weebly site that is live: http://www.reenagagneja.com. I now want to make it a wp blog, and have installed WP and my chosen theme in my cpanel.

However I can’t access my site using my wp-admin, and hostnine say the following:

“You will have to configure it to use a local url and not the main one. We can not help with that.”

Can anyone help? I want to create my new blog whilst my weebly site is live, till I’m ready to switch. If anyone can help with this process I’d be grateful. Thanks.
