Are you using any SEO plugin? If yes, then I would start asking at that plugin’s support.
Your website is probably infected with malware. You should check that first and clean it.
Also, you should check if your website is up-to-date and reset your passwords to avoid reinfection.
Once you cleaned your website, Google will need some time to re-index your URLs and content to confirm that those Japanese text doesn’t exist anymore on your website.
To speed up that, you can submit a request for recrawling.
