Thank you for sharing this image.
The HTML code you see is from the popup that is active on the page. Popups are preloaded on the footer before they are shown. It means when the page loads, it is inside the page and hidden. It will only display through trigger use.
If you see multiple HTML from the popup, kindly add a targeting condition so that it will only display on popup HTML code on a page. I also believe this will not affect the SEO.
