Reset completion status for a course

    Is it possible to reset the completion status for a course? We have 15k students, and sometimes they complete courses by mistake and we need help them to enroll again.

    There are 2 options now:

    1 – Reset course progress and complete it again, but when we have 50 lessons it is very time-consuming.

    2 – Go to the database and change status from completed to in progress, but it is not a very easy task as well.

    I saw that there is such function when users can repurchase courses and keep progress, but there is no such function for the Retake course option.

    It will be great to have it for admins.

    Hi,

    We have a tool for that, please go to your WordPress dashboard -> LearnPress -> Tools -> Course Data then you can see it.

    This tool is not very useful.

    It will reset one lesson or all course progress, when the course is not marked as completed.

    But when the course is already marked as completed it can only reset all progress, and now the user needs manually Complete 50 lessons and 10 quizzes.

    Is there any functionality that will allow open completed course again without loss of all progress?
