    Hello I am trying to create a calculator for a utility company where the user puts in their zipcode, then conditional logic decides whether to calculate their savings or whether they are in an unserved location. The calculation will be based on their answer to some yes or no questions and selection from a radio button. The kicker is that I will need to pull some data from either a .csv or i could put it in the database, then some calculations would need to be done with these data. Is that possible with Forminator?

  • Hi @jtuerk

    I hope you are doing good today.

    When it comes to zip codes, you can for sure use conditional logic and set up a form in a way that when some zip code will be placed in there will be an error message or submit button will hide.

    The calculation will be based on their answer to some yes or no questions and selection from a radio button.

    That should be possible as well with conditional logic.

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#forminator-fields -> Conditional Logic section.

    The kicker is that I will need to pull some data from either a .csv or i could put it in the database, then some calculations would need to be done with these data.

    If I understand this correctly, users will upload some CSV files with some data, and base on those data calculations need to be done in form? If so, this will be not possible for sure. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
