Finding my ftp uploaded video

Hello, I’ve uploaded a large video using filezilla ftp. I can see that the video is then clearly in the proper file where my other videos reside. However, when I actually go into my site (chuckgoetschel.com) to insert it into a post, the video is no where to be found. What do I need to do to see it?

I don’t want to post just a link to the video, I want it to appear like a youtube click and view video.

Any help?
