Address Form modification

Please help, I want some modification in address form filled by vendor while registration

1- Address 2- change its name to ‘City/Town’ make it mandatory
2- Country – It should below Zip code field and above store phone number field
3- City/Town – change its name to District and mark it as mandatory
4- state/country – change its name to ‘State’ and mark it as mandatory
