layout question

Hi,

I was using “volume” from generate press to create a layout like this website

I wanted to make my design layout just like that

The problem is

I can’t find the option to place my titles on the post featured image

as shown in the link

it is showing just the featured image and title over it

kindly let me know if there is any way to do that
