    Hi,

    To help us find out the cause of the issue, could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log please?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    The log shows “0382.001 (0) Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?) (Invalid request (refresh token not present).) (no_refresh_token)”

    Could you please try to Wipe settings from UpdraftPlus > Advanced tools > Wipe settings, click the Wipe settings button, then go back to UpdraftPlus > Settings, re-authenticate to your Google Drive account and click Save changes button.

    Once done, re-run the backup process and check if the backup process works successfully?
