WordPress Backend Menu doesnt work anymore

    Hi there,

    the menu in my backend is only showing one item (profile) the rest is gone.

    Can someone please please help me on that?

    Its the second time this happened.. The first time I deleted everything but I really dont want to redo everything again..

    That definitely sounds odd and frustrating. I’m happy to take a look at this for you.

    You mentioned that the menu items on your site’s front end are missing in the backend, correct? Were you referring to Appearance > Menus OR Appearance > Customize > Menus? Could you visit both these links and see if you can find any entries there? Perhaps you are looking at the wrong menu – can you try switching between the different menus to see if you find any entries?

    Could you share screenshots of what you find in the front end and the backend for us please? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply in this thread. This will help us understand the problem better and guide you towards a solution.

    Yes, of course. And I am the only one who hass Access.
