    Hi,

    We want to purchase this plugin for our Woocommerce store which has a subscription model with a free trial (0.00) for the first 7 days. for the subscription, we’re using the Woocommerce Subscription plugin which I believe is compatible with your plugin. Our questions are the following,

    1. Is PayPal Reference Transition a requirement in order for your plugin to work with the Woocommerce Subscription plugin?

    2. With your plugin, can the users cancel their subscriptions from our store ( User account page)? Or do the users also need to go into their PayPal accounts and cancel the subscriptions in pre approved payments section?

    Hi @mashrur,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    1. PayPal reference transaction will be required to accept payment for products that has free trial because the order total would be 0.
    2. If PayPal reference transaction is enabled, user will be able to cancel from the store itself.
