Checkout error

I have enabled Postpay pay now payment gateway for direct credit/debit checkout also i have enabled postpay installments method the direct payment method does not seem to show up on the checkout page only installments and cash on delivery shows up.

I have contacted postpay and they confirmed its not from their end the problem has happened
