Sandbox Account possible?

Thanks for contacting us today.

We used to support the eBay sandbox environment but it was causing far more issues than it was helping our users due to the fact that the sandbox often has different rules than the live environment. Testing listings with WP-Lister is discussed further here: How should I list test products that do not show up in search results?

Could you please provide us with the full error message so it includes the file and line number? Also, maybe you could open a ticket regarding this here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we could provide you with the patch as soon as one is available.
