File Upload Empty

    Hello,

    Currently getting this sort of error when someone takes a picture through their phone and uploads file, they get empty file when the upload is complete. is there a fix around this?

    Hi @jimmyboi9,

    Thanks for writing in. I just did a test and it seems to be working fine in our test environment.
    It seems that there is a conflict between the plugins. Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test registrations at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

    Hi @sanjuacharya77,

    I deactivated all other plugins and the problem seems to still be there. It is happening majority of the time with individuals are on their iphones and upload.
