two roles

    Hi,

    My administrator account has also the shop manager role and i only need the administrator role. So i added a new user only with the administrator role, but once i login it also gives the shop manager role as well.

    So, i go the the administrator profile and edit it. No secondary role selected as you can see here https://prnt.sc/1lzcj4s – https://prnt.sc/1lzd3xv

    But the changes are not being saved. I still have the two roles when i log in https://prnt.sc/1lze294

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi,

    I suppose that some woocommerce related plugin may add ‘shop_manager’ role to any user with ‘administrator’ role. Try to deactivate all plugins except URE and test again. It that will help, activate plugins back one by one and make new tests to isolate a source of this automatic change.
