Divi Editor stuck in side column

    This problem goes away if I create a new user account, but the account effected is not mine and I’m looking for a way to fix this issue without having to re-create the user account.

    As in the image below, the entire divi editor loads inside the column squishing it severely, and there are no options to move it up/down like other ‘widgets’.
    I even attempted to unhide the options movement arrows with devtools, but the javascript that controls them isn’t functional.

    My question is, does WordPress store meta data on the user in regards to the order of widgets in the backend editor I can edit via phpymyadmin?
