Display excerpts/thumbnails side by side

    I’ve made a custom loop on the homepage that displays the excerpts of the post (<?php the_excerpt(); ?>). The excerpts in this case are thumbnails that are generated from a plugin.

    The excerpts/thumbnails are displayed in a vertical line, but I’m trying to get them to display side by side (with some padding).

    What do I need to do to get them side by side?

    Found the solution. For anyone else wondering, just do a search for “remove paragraph tags from wordpress excerpts”.
