Not storing submissions

For some off reason no submissions are getting stored.
This behavior is showing for any type of form or poll, quiz. Email notifications work just fine.
The only exception seems to be the “login” form which DOES store its submissions.
In the Database I cannot find the submissions either (except for the user login form) so I can confirm they are not getting stored.

I tried all sort of combination of settings such as page reload, ajax,…
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, I tried resetting it’s chache etc…
All to no avail.

WP version: 5.8
Forminator : Version 1.14.12.1
Using microsoft edge: Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.64 (Official build) (64-bit)
