    I have a business relationship with another entity that prints passes for their customers offering a discount on our site of a set amount. Is there a way for these customers to be able to receive their discount without having to enter a coupon code?

    It sounds like the Smart Coupons plugin might work for you. It has various features including it allows to auto-apply coupons based on the billing email address entered by the user. Here is a direct link to this plugin and its documentation:
