Adding/changing the registration forms won’t work

    Could you please try using a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021 and see if the issue still occurs?

    what do you mean a default wordpress theme? As in switch my themes and lose all of the work that I’ve created on the current theme?

    It’s not a permanent switch – we just need to see if the issue is with your current theme. If this works with a default WP theme then there’s an issue with your premium theme, so you need to contact the theme developer to assist you.
