Hi, I’ve got two forms on my site and both send messages, but since Tuesday or so not every message is delivered to the e-mail address. How come? I don’t want to check logs 5 times a day. Thanks!

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Plugins:
    Akismet antyspam
    Animated Blocks
    Call Now Button
    Contact Form CFDB7
    Genesis Blocks
    Honeypot for Contact Form 7
    Hotjar
    Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7
    Redirection for Contact Form 7
    Site Kit
    UpdraftPlus
    W3 Total Cache

    Theme:
    Hestia from ThemeIsle

Apparently e-mails from gmail.com, o2.pl, hotmail.com don’t get delivered on the e-mail address, but they are sent and appear in form logs. Last e-mails that were delivered from gmail.com were from 3rd August.

Also: users get e-mail confirmation after sending a message.

    See Setting up mail

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised.

That could be the case if I changed anything and if no e-mails were delivered, right? All settings remain the same since the beginning.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Akismet, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Ok, got it. Setting SMTP plugin fixed it. Thank you very much for your time!
