Paid Support Page Not Working

    Your support page just displays this error for the last couple for weeks.
    After i login to support it gives me a white screen with this message.
    {“result”:”failure”,”cause”:”IAMError:AS101:Spam Status – SPAMBlocked services – all”}

    I emailed on July 19th and Hitesh Makvana received my order id and said they would look in to it and get back to me. that was over 17 days ago. I need to get access to paid support. Please help!

    Can you please reply back on the email so that Hitesh or any support team member can check and revert you as soon as possibe.

    The Paid support page has started to work now.
