Request Different Payment Gateway on Woocommerce Subscription

I’m Teddynata Kusuma.
I have a question before I bought a Woocommerce license. I have a need to use Woocommerce Subscriptions, but we want to use our own Payment Gateway, which is not yet available in Woocommerce. The Payment Gateway I want to add is Mitracomm Ekasarana (http://www.mitracomm.com/mecs/)
The documentation says “If there is another gateway you want to use to sell subscriptions and charge automatic payments, contact the developer of the WooCommerce extension for that gateway to request they add support for WooCommerce Subscriptions.
If you are a developer and want to add support for automatic subscription payments to your gateway, see the Subscriptions Payment Gateway Integration Guide.” Does this mean I can add Payment Gateway to Woocommerce?
How can we request a different Payment Gateway? And how long is the process?

2. Do I have to pay additional fees to add the Payment Gateway?

3. I need multi-currency. Is the Woocommerce Subscription ($199) included in the package? Or should I buy the Multi-Currency add-on ($99)?
