Top bar font changing

    I’m trying to change the font and size of the top bar but whenever I attempt to put in CSS code it just increases the padding on the top bar. Any help would be appreciated, and if there is also a way you could figure out how to allow for the top bar’s color to change from black to yellow with the sticky bar that would be great!
