Hi there 👋
Upon inspecting your site code, I can see that the Widget you are using is coming from your theme Woodmart and not from WooCommerce core itself. Here is a screenshot that confirms this:

So in this case, please reach out to your theme support team so that they can help you with this issue. As they are better equipped to help you out.
Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).
I hope this helps. 🙂
Filter by size problem.https://jmp.sh/zW0IpZh
hi, i have the same problem though the filter is in woocommerce: https://jmp.sh/hbOCWck
In the video I filtered the product by size “152” and filtered the product “433134-3680”. This product cannot be purchased in size “152” because it is no longer in stock. And that’s the problem.
How do I set the size filtering not to filter the sizes of products that are no longer in stock.
Thank you 🙂

Answer from Woodmart: https://jmp.sh/ugwu2bY
Yes, but our widget is an exact copy of the WooCommerce one. Could you please test how it works with their default widget and with the default theme? If it works correctly, please, send us your admin access using the contact form on our profile page and we will check it.
Hi there 👋
As recommended by Woodmart, please perform a full conflict test to see if that fixes the issue.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Cheers
Hi @jakubchiannaway,
I’ll consolidate this thread with the other one you created on the same topic to prevent duplicate efforts – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woo-filter-by-size-2/
Feel free to update us on this thread going forward.
Thanks.
Hi, @abwaita
I have this option turned on.

Hi @jakubchiannaway
It looks like you are using outdated versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Could you update them as well as all other plugins, and check if the filter widget works properly?
Hi @jakubchiannaway
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to fix the problem. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
