To be more specific this issue happens on mobile only when using sidebar menu animation, as for full menu and drop down it’s working fine.

Please advise since I prefer to use the sidebar animation

    Thank you

    Hello,

This issue has been fixed in the latest version(3.0.3) of the theme.

Kindly update the theme and plugin to the latest version, go to Theme Panel > Scripts & styles, disable all the files click on the save button, now enable all the files, and click on the save button a couple of times.

PS- make sure to enable all the scripts & styles files, and check.

Please share the website URL to check the issue.

All the scripts & styles files are enabled?

And Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.?
