Nav Bar Customization

I have a nav bar which displays Categories, and would like the ability to show page titles instead in the nav bar when a certain page is visited.

Example…default display is to show the categories, but if a page with the ID of ‘4’ is visited, I want the nav bar to display all the sub-pages of that page ID instead.

Possible?
