Our B2C customer are fine with the sequential order numbering.
But with B2B customers we need to create orders with their order number.

Is there any way to manually input the order number?

You can check out a plugin like (https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-order-numbers-for-woocommerce/) to set custom order numbers.
