Adding superscript to contact form

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to add superscript through the contact form options in wp settings for a while. I’m making a site for a friend and as a whim they want to use e=mc2 in a question but with the 2 in superscript. I’ve tried using  with no success in the wp admin area. I’ve used the easy-contact, clear-contact and scaleable contact form plugins to date.

Also I can’t seem to locate where this specific text is in the stylesheet, is it here at all? I’m thinking the <sup> would work if I could find the question text in the CSS but as yet can’t seem to find it. Any help or explanation would be great.
