Assist a Chef

Can any one assist me please- PLEASE I am a chef and not trained in scripting and with the seat of my pants have written and webmaster a website technicalchef.com
I use UsersWP as the registration platform which asks in its form registration fields for the ” First Name – Last Name – Username – Password – Email – Industry Title – Contact Telephone Number ‘ ‘
I also constantly view the directory “all users in wp” however there are no columns that list Industry Title – Contact Telephone Number and would like to add these as columns

Is there a way “bridge” between the two or Is there a plugin that will achieve this.
