  • Dump these out:
    Securi, Wordfence and Loginizer
    and clear the Siteground cache.

    Can he login with your Admin credentials? (maybe it’s a browser extension)

    Is he blocking cookies?

    Is it going through CloudFlare?

    Ok, my client and I figured this out (with the help of Siteground tech support): it was being caused by the client’s antivirus software. He was using a free version of BitDefender, which stopped being supported in 2016. Once he turned it off, problem solved.

    I told him he will have to get some new anti-virus software…:)
