Hey, it’s amazing, but when I work with the add-on for the checkout page, it does not collect abandoned orders, because the order status is DRAFT, and no messages are sent for it. Cant it be standart pending payment – canceled/or whatever else?

And it’s really a pity, because the plugin is really cool.

Let me know if you could fix it.

By the way, the plugin that I use is from CartFlows

    Best regards!

In general, I use Woocommerce Blocks for a stylized checkout page, the problem is that all orders that are not paid fall into the Draft orders status, and the plugin that I use (CartFlows [Cart Abandonment] )to restore orders simply does not send messages for this status. That is, I think that if orders did not go to Draft Order, but to Pending Payment, and then already as usually according to the standard to Canceled/Whatever/

    Hi there,

The new blocks introduced a new checkout-draft status for orders. You can read more about that here.

I know that you have it. If you have any ideas on my question, or in this case I should not use this plugin to collect emails for Cart Abandonment

Just because of this, I can’t normally and standardly restore unpaid orders, because no plugin collects information about this status, previously all information came from the pending payment status

It sounds like this may be an issue with the extension you are using (Cart Flows – Cart Abondoment?) not supporting this status for those using the Cart and Checkout blocks.

In the post I linked with you there’s some rationale given behind some of the technical reasons we had to introduce this new status. You may want to point the developers of the extension you are using to the post I linked to and see if they are planning on supporting this status (they can also reach out to us via the WooCommerce Blocks GitHub repository).

Sounds like I/m going to change the whole world, its not something easy as you said/ But you just broke this system and people cant make more money because of one status.

I dont think it helped me at all:(

It can take year or month to change something so idk

    Hey @konstantinpro,

While it’s not as amazing as the new checkout block, you can continue to use the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. That way customers can check out and you can still utilize CartFlows.

Go on and reach out to the CartFlows team so they can get their plugins ready for the checkout block. Sharing that post that Darren mentioned would be good too.

    Take care
