Hey, that problem got resolved.
Unfortunately, I got a new one.
Plugin is adding delivering cost after the decimal rather than before it.
For example
If the shipping cost is $5 and total cart value is $25.000, it will add shipping cost to $25.005

Hi, Please check if the issue is resolved after deactivating the Cities plugin.
Hi, it may be caused by another plugin, please try replacing to a default theme and deactivatating all the plugins except WooCommerce, for debugging.
