Keep in mind that while the scan is throwing that error, the site performance is fine with no 404 errors, and there are no javascript errors showing on the Chrome browser console, which would confirm an issue. Therefore, I wouldn’t consider this reported issue to be critical, and could be down to how the scanner tries to access the javascript files.

Is the site running the latest version (4.8.5) of the theme?
