    good afternoon

    I have a problem with the images of the products in the store. They are large and when I select a product to buy, the image is too large and I cannot find where to modify it.
    I have woocommerce installed and the theme is oceanwp.

    I tried to change the width of the layout from the theme appearance but the result was not what I need.
    I’ve been with this problem for weeks and I can’t find the solution for it.
    I would appreciate the help you can give me.

    Thanks a lot

  • Hello,

    Kindly go to Appearance > Customize > Woocmmerce > Product images, from here set the product image size.

    Please go to Theme Panel > Scripts & styles, disable all the files click on the save button, now enable all the files, and click on the save button a couple of times.

    PS- make sure to enable all the scripts & styles files.

    If not resolved with the above, It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugins ex and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one-by-one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Thank you very much for your answer.
    I followed the steps according to your indication and the problem persists. There is no other choice but to try deactivating all the plugins and activating it one by one.
    Thank you very much and I will keep you posted on the progress

    Yes, please follow the troubleshooting steps and let us know if you are facing any issues with this.

    please and sorry for my insistence. I tried all the suggested alternatives and the problem with the simple product images is not solved. Please, if this problem has no solution, let me know, and, although it is not my idea, I will change the subject for one that shows the images well and without problems.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

    That is really odd, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.?

    And try to add the below CSS code from the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, and check.

    .woocommerce #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page div.product div.images {
        width: 35%;
    }
    .woocommerce div.product div.images .flex-control-thumbs li {
        margin: 5px 0 0 5px;
    }

    Please also share the snapshots of the issue.

    add the css code, the image size would be fine, but it still looks blurry. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I can’t understand where the problem is.

    Thanks a lot
