    Hi,

I am unable to create a new form as the plugin page is not loading in my wordpress Dashboard. along the top of the page, I get this error message.

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/bodyworksmedspa.ca/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 736

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/bodyworksmedspa.ca/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php:736) in /home/customer/www/bodyworksmedspa.ca/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 9

Please advise on how to address this error.

    Good day @ballantynestudio

That’s a new one to us and we’re not sure that’s for sure related to our plugin specifically.

Is it appearing only at the top of our form editor page? or is it happening to show up when creating other posts/pages as well?

Do you also happen to have some other plugins that are adding details to the editor screen, like metaboxes or other extra settings? Those may be playing a part here where they’re expecting that default object content, but are receiving this empty value on our screen specifically.
