[Bug] Bug on off canvas cart display

    How to reproduce the bug:

    1) Select off-cavas cart drawer type

    2) Add different items on cart, quantity buttons on or off on drawer doesn’t matter

    3) Remove one item on the off-canvas drawer

    4) UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: (bad UI design) – the cart drawer closes itself

    5) BUG: the off-canvas cart stops working if you open it again immediately, link is anchored at site.com/#woo-cart-panel

    6) HUGE PROBLEM Site compeltely stops responding to scroll

    Tested on Chrome mobile and PC. If the cart still works, try to remove 2 – 3 more items. It will stop working.
