Starting a course -> Homepage

    Hello!

    After I created my course (it’s only a template, nothing real). I tried to acces it and see how it works. Well it doesn’t. After clicking “Start course” it waits for a bit and then gets me to my homepage. How can I fix that?

    I’m using Customify theme.

    Hello @didnt,

    Can you share screencast to represent the issue so that we can view it as you do in order to suggest an appropriate solution. You can temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and disable your 3rd party plugins to avoid theme and plugin conflict then see if that resolves the issue. Next, you can re-enable your custom theme and other 3rd party plugins one by one to narrow it down to a theme or specific plugin conflict.

    Hello!

    Sorry for late response, I got back to the project last week.

    I thought some updates will fix the problem, but no.

    I deactivated ALL plugins (Besides tutor lms) and switched to default WP theme and situation didn’t change. SO it’s not about plugin/theme conflict.

    Can you give me some more feedback or how to continue? Thanks a lot, appreciate you guys.

    Can you navigate to Tutor settings > lessons tab and share a screenshot.

    Next, navigate to WordPress > permalinks and share a screenshot.
