REdirect based on dropdown selection

I am using Forminator for a cleaning company. The company has 3 landing pages for home cleaning, yard cleaning and office cleaning. I want just a dropdown and a submit button on the homepage. The user must select one option from the dropdown and click submit. The chosen option will determine which landing page the user gets redirected to.

Can I do this with Forminator?
