[Feature Request] Move Away From options.php

Hello,

I notice that this plugin uses a custom capability to allow other users to manage options: advanced_ads_manage_options. Unfortunately, it looks like some of the forms submitted directly to options.php, which kind of defeats the purpose of this custom capability. I’ve been trying to allow the Editor Role full access to this plugin’s settings, but this hang-up prevents me from doing so.

Could a future version of this plugin be converted away from using options.php so that other user roles without the manage_options capability could submit some of these settings forms?
