I am receiving complaints that some cannot registered to the foruצ on the mentined web site.
    The problem is:
When one tries to registered, he should receive an email with link to set his password.
Some do not receive the required mail. I can see them as registered, however, the password was not set.
Apparently, it works fine with Gmail, however, with other mail provider they do not receive the required mail at all!!!!
I tried it myself, open mail account in the walla.co.il mail provider and the problem persist.
    What can be the problem?
    NEED HELP URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!

    Hi @hadarhacohen,
wpForo cannot force email providers, so you’re searching support in a wrong place. The problem comes from your sender email address and IP address. They are not well trusted by the email provider you’re checking right now. The emails go to spam or even blocked. wpForo has zero relation to this issue, the emails are sent by WordPress not by wpForo, the registration functions are WordPress functions not wpForo. wpForo only provides a nice registration form, nothing else.

So the first thing you should do you should check the sender email address, make sure it contains the domain, like this noreply@mydomain.com, this is more trusted than emails with @gmail.com or @yahoo.com.

Second, try to install some SMTP plugin and increase the trust of the emails sent by your WordPress and hosting service.

    Many thanks.

I was not aware that the email are being sent by wordpress.
I switched to registration without email confirmation, and it solved the problem.

    Thanks for the fast reply,
    Hadar
