[Plugin: JavaScript Logic] Javascript enabled

Hi, does this plugin automatically disables all javascript from the pages and then we just select, page by page (and post by post?) which ones we want to enable? And does this load the javascript in the header or in the footer? In the posts sections, is it possible to declare a set of javascripts to load for all posts?

PS: Thanks for all your great plugins. This one looks like a very good one too, although I have not tried it yet. I have been looking for a way to control how many javascripts my page loads.
