Are you using any caching plugin on site and/or cache on server? If yes, please make sure to clear it as usually it’s cache that “gets stuck”.
Since you are using Elementor, please also try regenerating Elementor’s CSS. You can do it by clicking “Regenerate Files & Data” button for “Regenerate CSS & Data” option on “Elementor -> Tools -> General” page. Make sure to do this before clearing site/server cache, please.

Hey, I am using litespeed cache, I have cleared the browser as well as server cache and purged all the cache however the problem still persist.
I have also followed the steps for elementor regeneating files, however the problem still exist.

Can you go o WordPress > Settings and double check if the URLs are configured to HTTPS?
The error is the website loads from HTTPS but the styles from HTTP which makes the browser block the request:

A plugin like really simple SSL https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ can help.
